Day Camps — Learn to Spin

9 AM to 4 PM

Lunch and Snacks included

$225 per person for 3 days

Learn to spin on a spindle and/or a wheel. Make a hand spindle from a CD.  Learn to card fiber, needle felt, and wet felt.

 

Included in the fee:  8 ounces of fiber, spinning wheel rental and use of equipment.  Bring your own wheel if you have one.

 

Other activities available: Experience life on a farm by feeding and spending time with our alpacas, goats, and horse.  Milk a goat!!

We can arrange for optional field trips and a pool party.

Arrive Friday afternoon.  Accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights are in our historic farm house, loft, or pool cottage.  Six meals are included: Friday dinner, 3 meals on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday.  End by 4 PM on Sunday.
